Mr. Anthony J. Speranzo has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ascension from 2011 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ascension Health from 2002 to 2011. He also worked as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ascension Capital, LLC. Earlier, Mr. Speranzo served as the Managing Director at U.S Bancorp Piper Jaffray.

Mr. Joseph Flanagan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations and Supply Chain at Applied Materials Inc. Prior to this, he held executive positions in global operations for Nortel Networks Corporation including President of Nortel Business Services from August 2009 to February 2010, and Senior Vice President of Global Operations from August 2007 until August 2009. Earlier, he held several positions at General Electric Company.

Mr. Chris Ricaurte has been the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Parsley Health and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of VillageMD. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of revenue cycle operations, Chief Financial Officer and treasurer at the company from 2013 through 2019. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Power Controls division and financial analyst at GE.

Mr. Steve Albert is the Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Product Officer at Cloudmed. Prior to this, he served in product and market development leadership roles at 1010data, Mastercard, Equifax, and GeoPhy.
