Mr. ?????Ibrahim Q. Al-Buainain has been the Chairman of Petro Rabigh since February 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a Global Head for Transaction Development for Saudi Aramco. Mr. Al-Buainain also worked as the President of Aramco Asia based in Beijing in 2014; Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco Energy Venture, Director for Rabigh Phase-II Development Project in 2009, Director of Asia Joint Venture Department managing Saudi Aramco business in Asia Pacific in 2007; and Portfolio Manager for all Saudi Aramco International Joint Ventures in 2004.

Mr. Othman Ali Al-Ghamdi has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco Mobile Refinery Ltd since July 2019. Previously, Mr. Al-Ghamdi served as the Project Manager and then the General Manager of Planning & Technical at Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company. He also served as the Representative Director at Aramco Asia Korea Limited. Prior to this, Mr. Al-Ghamdi was appointed as a Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer at S-OIL Corporation.

Mr. Fahad Almuhaisin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Finance & Accounting Function at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Petro Rabigh and Director of Group Finance & Consulting. Mr. Almuhaisin also served as Chief Financial Officer of Aramco Asia and Aramco Oil Pipelines Company.
