Mr. Lalit Khaitan has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2003. He also serves as the Chairman, U.P. Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, member of the managing committee of ASSOCHAM. He also served as the member of the managing committee of All India Distillers Association, member of the managing committee of U.P. Distillers Association.

Mr. Dilip K Banthiya has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has 30 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, international finance and corporate mergers and acquisitions activity in India. Mr. Banthiya has been associated with various professional bodies & committees.

Mr. Amar Sinha has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director for Whyte & Mackay India Ltd, Chief Executive Officer and Director of BDA, and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Golden Tobacco Ltd. Mr. Sinha served as the Managing Director for Playwin. Previously, he held various senior positions at Herbertsons Ltd and Smithkline Beecham. Mr. Sinha started his career as a Management Trainee in the Consumer Products Division of Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd in 1983 and eventually became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
