Mr. Mingju Ma has been the chairman of the company. He also served as supervisor of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited and Director of Jinjiang Inn Co Ltd. He also serves as Director of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Industrial Investment Co Ltd., Director of Beijing Kunlun Hotel Co Ltd., and Chairman of Jin Jiang International Finance Co Ltd.

Mr. Federico Gonzalez-Tejera has been a Vice Chairman of the company since 2023. He is also a Director at Mundi Ventures. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Executive at Disneyland Paris, and previously Deputy General Manager. Mr. Gonzalez-Tejera has been the as Country Head of Portugal at Procter & Gamble. In 2013, He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rezidor.

Mr. Rafael Sueiro has been the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Controlling, Planning, and Business Intelligence in the company. Prior, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Mr. Eric De Neef has been a Chief Commercial Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2011 as Senior Vice President Park Inn by Radisson. Previously, he has also served as Senior Vice President Marketing, CRM & Global Branding of the company in 2013. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director for Accor’s All Seasons, Mercure and M Gallery Hotels brands in France and worked more than 20 years for Accor.

Mr. Elie Younes has been the Chief Development Officer. Previously, he served as a Vice President Business Development in 2012 and a Senior Vice President and a Head of Group Development in 2013. Prior to joining the company he served as a Vice President Business Development Middle East for Hilton, as a Senior Director of Acquisitions Development for Starwood, and as a Director at the London office of HVS.
