Raia Drogasil SA: Executives

Mr. Marcílio D’Amico Pousada has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he was a Non-Food Director at Mappin, C&A, and Sam’s Club (Walmart Group). He was also the founding President of OfficeNet do Brasil from 2000 to 2005. Earlier, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Livraria Saraiva from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Renato Cepollina Raduan has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2025. Currently, he serves as the Director of Safepill Comercio Varejista de Medicamentos Manipulados LTDA, ZTO Tecnologia e Serviços de Informaçao na Internet LTDA, Healthbit Performasys Tecnologia, and Amplisoftware Tecnologia LTDA. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, Multichannel, and Expansion of the company from 2013 to 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing, Category Management, and Pricing at Walmart Brazil from 2010 to 2013

Mr. Marcello De Zagottis has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2025. Currently, he serves as the Directror of 4Bio Medicamentos SA, Safepill Comercio Varejista de Medicamentos Manipulados LTDA, ZTO Tecnologia e Serviços de Informaçao na Internet LTDA, Healthbit Performasys Tecnologia, Amplisoftware Tecnologia LTDA and RD Ads LTDA. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Commercial and Marketing of the company. Previously, he served as the Manager and Sales Director of the company.
