Mr. Michael Hollerer has been the Chief Executive Officer of the group since July 2026. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederosterreich-Wien and Raiffeisen-Holding Niederosterreich-Wien. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisen Capital Management. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of RBI.

Ms. Kamila Makhmudova has been the Chief Financial Officer of the group since January 2026. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Czech Republic and Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Steering Department at Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

Mr. Andreas Gschwenter has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of the group since 2015. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at Unicredit Bank Russia from 2007 to 2010. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant at Denkstatt GmbH from 1997 to 2000. Earlier, he served as a Managing Director at BuE GmbH from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Hannes Mosenbacher has been the Chief Risk Officer of the group since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Risk Controlling from 2010 to 2017 at RBI. Previously, he was the Head of Risk Controlling and Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich Aktiengesellschaft between 2008 and 2010. Formerly, he was the Head of several departments at Bank Austria Creditanstalt between 2000 and 2008. Earlier, he worked with CAIB Investmentbank AG from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Erwin Hameseder is the Chairman of the group. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Raiffeisen-Holding NO-Wien AG from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, he held several positions at Raiffeisenlandesbank NO-Wien AG including, Divisional Head of Participations from 1991 to 1994, of Participation Management from 1988 to 1994, and of Legal Department from 1987 to 1988.
