Mr. Edward Geiser has been the Executive Chairman of Board of Directors for Ranger Oil since January 2021. He worked as the Managing Partner of Juniper, Managing Director at Och-Ziff Capital Management, and boards of a number of private upstream and midstream energy companies with assets located in the United States. He has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector.

Mr. Darrin Henke has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Ranger Oil since August 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Gary Petroleum Partners and Gary Permian LLC, Vice President, General Manager for Southern Operations overseeing, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. Mr. Henke also worked in Tom Brown Inc., Venoco Inc. and Burlington Resources on good positions in his starting phase of his career.

Ms. Katherine Ryan has been Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Ranger Oil since February 2017. Prior to this, she worked as Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company since October 2016 to 2017; as in-house Corporate counsel of the company 2014 to 2016. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Ryan worked as Associate for Baker Botts L.L.P. She has more than 10 years of experience in advising oil and gas companies.
