Mr. Christopher T. Calio has been the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2025. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of RTX from May 2024 to May 2025, the President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director from December 2023 to May 2024, the President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2023 to December 2023, and the Chief Operating Officer from March 2022 to February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Pratt & Whitney business of the company from January 2020 to February 2022 and the President for Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney from February 2017 to December 2019. He also served as the Chief of Staff of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at United Technologies Corporation from February 2015 to January 2017. Mr. Calio held Various senior positions since joining Raytheon Technologies Corporation (formerly United Technologies Corporation) in 2005, including a Vice President and the General Counsel of UTC Aerospace Systems, and a Vice President and Counsel, Commercial Engines, Pratt & Whitney.

Mr. Neil G. Mitchill has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations at the company. Earlier he served in various positions at United Technologies Corporation including Acting Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations. He also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pratt & Whitney.

Mr. Juan M. de Bedout has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Advanced Technology and Engineering Effectiveness at Collins Aerospace. Previously, he spent 18 years with General Electric Company in roles of increasing responsibility, including as Chief Technology Officer for GE’s Grid Solutions business.

Ms. Pamela M. Erickson has been the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President at E TRADE Financial Corporation. Currently, she serves on the boards of Student Veterans of America and the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation.

Mr. Vincent M. Campisi is the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Digital Officer at United Technologies Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at GE Digital. Earlier, Mr. Campisi held various senior level positions at General Electric, including General Manager, Chief Information Officer and Quality Leader.
