Mr. Douglas A. Guzman is the Head of RBC Wealth Management, RBC Insurance, and RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director and Head of Global Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. Previously, Mr. Guzman worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in New York and Toronto.

Mr. Tony Maiorino is the Head, Vice President, and Director of RBC Wealth Management Services. He also serves as a board member of the Yukon University Foundation. Prior to this, he served in Private Counsel, Dominion Securities, Wealth Management Insurance, and as a Branch Manager at RBC Canadian Banking segment.

Ms. Leanne Kaufman is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Royal Trust Corporation of Canada and The Royal Trust Company. She has been associated with RBC Royal Trust since 1999. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Professional Practice Group.

Ms. Kim Mason is the Senior Vice President and Head of RBC Private Banking Canada. Prior to this, she held various positions such as Senior Vice President of Business Distribution, Strategy and Performance, and Regional President for Atlantic Canada and Greater Toronto.

Mr. David Agnew has been the Chief Executive Officer of RBC Wealth Management Canada since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of RBC Dominion Securities in 2008. Previously, he worked as the National Director at RBC Dominion Securities in 2003. Mr. Agnew started his career as an investment advisor at RBC in 1895.
