Mr. Michael J. Williams has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor at Sterling Partners. He also served as the non-executive Chairman of Prospect Mortgage from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Williams also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Prospect Mortgage from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Fannie Mae from 2009 to 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Fannie Mae from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Williams also served as the President of eBusiness from 2000 to 2005.

Mr. Ryan M. Schneider has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Schneider also served as the President of Card division of Capital One Financial Corp from 2007 to 2016. He also served in various roles at Capital One including an Executive Vice President and the President of Auto Finance and Executive Vice President of US Card from 2001 to 2007. He also served as a Director of Capital One Bank.

Ms. Charlotte Simonelli has been an Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson in 2017; and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Supply Chain in 2016. Ms. Simonelli served various positions at Reckitt Benckiser, Kraft Foods Inc, and PepsiCo Inc. She held various roles at Reckitt Benckiser including the Vice President of Finance, North America from 2014 to 2015; Senior Vice President of Finance, Europe and North America from 2012 to 2014; and Senior Vice President of Finance, North America, Australia and New Zealand in 2011.

Mr. Timothy B. Gustavson has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller since 2015. He also served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Corporate Controller and the Vice President of Finance of the company from 2008 to 2015. Mr. Gustavson also served as the Vice President of External Reporting of the company in 2006.

Mr. Eric Chesin has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2017.Prior to this, he served as the leader of strategy and growth across media, travel & hospitality, technology, finance, and consumer goods & services at McKinsey & Company.
