Realty Income Corp: Executives

Mr. Sumit Roy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as an Executive Director, Global Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure at UBS Investment Bank. He also worked at Merrill Lynch and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Jonathan Pong has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Corporate Finance of the company and Vice President of Equity Research at Robert W. Baird

Mr. Gregory Whyte has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he was Senior Advisor in the Real Estate Leisure and Lodging Investment Banking group at UBS Securities from 2007 to 2016.

Mr. Neil M Abraham has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. He also serves as the President of Realty Income International. Previously, Mr. Abraham was a Portfolio Manager at AllianceBernstein – Global Equities. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, he held positions as Associate Principal for McKinsey & Company and Vice President of Fixed Income Derivatives at Salomon Brothers.

Ms. Michelle Bushore has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Legal and Risk Officer of Caesars Entertainment Inc.
