Mr. Paul C. Rivett has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd and Vice President and Managing Director of Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel Ltd. He also served as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel Ltd.

Mr. Frank Hennessey is the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Imvescor Restaurant Group and Bento Nouveau Inc (Bento Sushi).

Mr. Ken Groidin has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the President of Financial Operations and the Chief Financial Officer at Brick Group from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Parkland Fuel Corp from 2009 to 2011 and served as the Chief Financial Officer for Nygard International from 2001 to 2009. Earlier, he was served as a Tax Partner with Arthur Anderson and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Grondin also serves as a Director of Peak Achievement Athletics and Elswood Investments.

Ms. Julie Denton is the Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Enterprise Project Management and Integration at Finastra. Prior to this, she served at Deloitte. Earlier she served as a Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Barrick Gold.
