Mr. Christopher Sinclair has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mattel, Inc and as the Chief Executive Officer of several private-equity backed companies, including Caribiner International and Quality Food Centers. Mr. Sinclair also held various senior management positions in PepsiCo, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola Co. and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Foods and Beverages International. Earlier, he also served as the Director of Foot Locker, Inc., and Perdue Farms, Inc.

Mr. Nicandro Durante has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he held a number of senior positions including Regional Director for Africa and the Middle East, and Chief Operating Officer at British American Tobacco plc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of British American Tobacco plc from 2011 to 2019.

Mr. Kris Licht has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and President of the Health Division at Reckit. Prior to this, Mr. Kris Licht held senior positions at PepsiCo in Los Angeles and New York.

Ms. Shannon Eisenhardt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer of NIKE Consumer, Marketplace and Brand. Previously she served leadership roles at P&G.

Mr. Fabrice Beaulieu has been the Chief Marketing, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he held various senior management roles at the company. He joined the company in 1999.
