Mr. Masumi Minegishi has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Mr. Minegishi served as the Senior Managing Corporate Executive Officer and a Director of the company from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Corporate Executive officer and a Director of the company from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Hisayuki Idekoba has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served in various positions within the company including as the Senior Managing Corporate Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He also served in various positions in different subsidiaries of the company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Indeed, Inc. early in his career.

Ms. Ayano Senaha has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Managing Corporate Executive Officer, Chief Risk Officer and a Director of the company since June 2020. Previously, she served as the Corporate Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning, Corporate Communication, and Human Resources and served in various other positions within the company. She also served as the Chief of Staff at Indeed Inc and a Director at RGF OHR USA Inc. Ms. Senaha was also the Managing Director of Advantage Group Limited, Advantage Professional UK Limited and a Director at Advantage XPO Limited.
