Mr. David A. Pace has been the Chairman of the company since November 2019 and as Director since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jamba Juice from 2016 to 2018 and as Director from 2012 to 2018. He also served as President of Carrabba's Italian Grill from 2014 to 2016 and as Chief Resource Officer of Bloomin’ Brands from 2010 to 2014. Previously, he served in various executive positions at Starbucks Coffee Company, PepsiCo, and Yum! Brands Inc.

Mr. G.J. Hart has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2022. And he also served as a Director of the company. Prior to this he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Torchy Tacos from 2018 until 2021.

Mr. Todd Wilson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Hopdoddy Burger Bar and Hibar Hospitality. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance at Jamba Juice from 2016 until 2018. Before that, he served as the Division Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Bloomin’ Brands Carrabba’s Italian Gril from 2012 to 2016. He also served as the Division Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Bloomin’ Brands Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion.

Ms. Darla Morse has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Information Officer at CKE Restaurants Holdings. Prior to this, she has 25 years of experience in IT and held senior roles at Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Inspire Brands.

Mr. Kevin Mayer has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chief Marketing Officer of Pedego Electric Bikes and Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer at BJ’s Restaurants, Inc.
