Mr. Frank J. Fertitta III has been the Chairman of the company since 2015 and is its Chief Executive Officer since 2011. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Station LLC and Director of Station Holdco since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Station LLC from 2011 to 2012. He served as the Chairman of Station Casinos Inc. Previously, he served in various management positions, including Chief Executive Officer, President, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at STN. He also served as a General Manager of Palace Station.

Mr. Lorenzo J. Fertitta has been the Vice Chairman of the company since January 2017. Prior to this, he has been a Director of the company since from September 2015. He served as a Director of Station Holdco; and Vice Chairman, President and Director of STN. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zuffa LLC from June 2008 to August 2016; Director of the Nevada Resort Association from 2001 to 2008 and American Gaming Association from December 2005 to May 2008; and Commissioner of the Nevada State Athletic Commission from November 1996 until July 2000. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fertitta Enterprises, Inc. from June 1993 to July 2000; and Vice President of STN from 1991 to 1993.

Mr. Stephen L. Cootey has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the company from March 2017 to May 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer of Wynn Resorts Ltd. from 2014 to 2017, and Senior Vice President of Finance at Wynn Resorts Ltd. from January 2014 to May 2014. Earlier, Mr. Cootey served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2012 to 2013 and Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2009 to 2012 at Las Vegas Sands Corporation. Previously, he served as the Partner and Senior Research Analyst for Prides Capital, LLC from 2004 to 2009 and Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston from 2001 to 2004.

Mr. Jeffrey T. Welch has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2017. Prior to this, he served at Deutsche Bank AG as Managing Director and Senior Counsel from 2003 to 2017, Director and Counsel from 1997 to 2003, and as Vice President and Counsel from 1993 to 1997. He also served as a representative of Deutsche Bank on the Board of Directors of the company from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he served as an Associate at White & Case from 1988 to 1993. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nevada Resort Association, a member of the New York State Bar and the Nevada Bar Association.

Mr. Kord Nicholshas been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President of Operations of the company. He also held various Senior Operating and Leadership roles of the company. He also served as a General Manager of Graton Resort and Casino.
