Mr. Robert J Rehard has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Rehard served as the Division Controller at Eaton Corporation and held several other financial leadership positions at Baxter, Masco, Emerson, and Cooper.

Mr. Alexander P. Scarpelli has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Corporate Controller of the company since 2022.
