Mr. Martin E Stein has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as a Director of FRP Holdings, Inc.

Ms. Lisa Palmer has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Palmer also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from 2013 to 2015, and as the Senior Vice President of capital markets from 2003 to 2013. Previously, Ms. Palmer served as a consultant at Accenture and a Financial Analyst at General Electric.

Mr. Mike Mas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Finance at the company. Mr. Mas also served as the Manager for Assurance at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Alan Roth has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of East Region at the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Mid-Atlantic Vice President, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Managing Director, East Region Senior Managing Director and Regional Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Mid-Atlantic Vice President and Regional Officer at Regency Centers from 2002 to 2006. Mr. Alan serves as the Senior Managing Director of the East Region of Regency Centers.

Ms. Terah Devereaux serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Reporting since 2021. She has more than 20 years of accounting experience.
