Dr. Leonard S. Schleifer has been the Co-Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served at Cornell University Medical College (Weill Medical College of Cornell University) as the Clinical Professor of Neurology in 1992. During 1984-1988, he served at Cornell University Medical College's Departments of Neurology and Neurobiology as the Assistant Professor.

Dr. George D. Yancopoulos has been the Co-Chairman, President, and Chief Scientific Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President since June 1997, and the Chief Scientific Officer, since January 1998. Mr. Yancopoulos also served as the Vice President from January 1992 until June 1997, the head of discovery from January 1991 to January 1992, and the Senior Staff Scientist from March 1989 to January 1991. He is also a member of the National Academy of Sciences.

Mr. Christopher Fenimore has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Mojave Therapeutics Inc. Mr. Fenimore also served as the Vice President of CW Group Inc. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Needham & Company.

Mr. Bob McCowan has been the Senior Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director, Infrastructure & Operations of the company. Mr. McCowan also served as the Director, End User Computing Services of Amgen.

Ms. Melissa Lozner has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Special Counsel at Rafael Holdings. Ms. Lozner also served in various leadership positions in Novartis including the Head of U.S. ethics, risk & compliance, Head of global integrity & compliance, ad interim, and Senior Legal Counsel.
