Mr. Akash M. Ambani has been a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Director of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL). Currently, he serves as Chairman of RJIL and Managing Director of Jio Platforms Limited (JPL).

Mr. K.V. Chowdary has been a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of CBDT.
