Mr. Hidetoshi Shibata has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Managing Director of Investment Group at Innovation Network Corporation of Japan. Earlier, Mr. Shibata served as the Managing Director of Global Private Equity at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Shuhei Shinkai has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the Corporate Strategy and Finance Division of Corporate Planning Unit of the company. He also served as the General Counsel, and Executive Manager of the Legal and Compliance Division and Corporate Planning Division of the company. previously, Mr. Shinkai worked as the Vice President of Innovation Network Corporation. Earlier, he served at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune.

Mr. Shinichi Yoshioka has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Automotive Solution Business Unit and Senior Vice President of the company. He also worked as the Vice President, Head of System Solution Business Unit 2, and Head of Mobile Multimedia SoC Business Division at Renesas Technology Corp. Earlier, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Renesas Mobile Corp. Previously, Mr. Yoshioka served as the Vice President; Head of Automotive Control and Analog and Power Systems Business; Deputy General Manager of 1st Solution Business Unit; Head of Safety Solution Business Division; Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager of the Automotive Solutions Business at Renesas Electronics Corp.

Mr. Sailesh Chittipeddi has been the Executive Vice President and General Manager for IoT and Infrastructure Business Unit of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Director at Avalanche Technology (USA) and Tessolve (Division of Hero Electronix, India); and Board Observer at Blu Wireless Technology (Bristol, UK), Peraso Technologies (Canada) and Anagog (Israel). Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Operations of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Chittipeddi served as the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Conexant Systems. He also held various executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Co-President, Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Technical Officer at Conexant Systems. He started his career with AT&T Bell Labs.

Mr. Chris Allexandre has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Head of Global Sales and Marketing Unit of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales and Corporate Digital Marketing of IoT and Infrastructure Business Unit at the company from 2019 to 2023. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Chris Allexandre also served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Mass Market and Global Distribution at NXP. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain of Fairchild Semiconductors. He also held various roles including Vice President of EMEA Regional Sales & Applications and Distribution at Texas Instruments.
