Mr. Josu Jon Imaz San Miguel has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Repsol since April 2014. He joined the company in 2008 as Chairman of its subsidiary Petronor. In 2012, he joined the Executive Committee as General Director of the Industrial Area and New Energy. He began his career in the field of research at the French Technological Center (CETIM) in Nantes. He was also a visiting scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School in the US. In addition to his business activity, Mr. San Miguel also carried out political responsibilities within the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Basque Government in 1999, and the executive leadership of the EAJ-PNV.

Mr. Antonio Lorenzo Sierra is the Chief Financial Officer of Repsol. Prior to this, he served as Executive Managing Director of Strategy, Control, and Resources in 2018. He held executive positions in the areas of Planning and Control as well as Risk and Regulatory Management in 2008. He also worked as Economic and Financial Director of the Repsol Group in Brazil in 2001. Mr. Sierra joined the company in 1990.

Mr. Antonio Brufau Niubo has been the Chairman of Repsol since 2004. Prior to this, he was Executive Chairman of the company. Currently, he is also Vice-Chairman of Gas Natural Fenosa and Chairman of the Repsol Foundation. Prior to this, he served as Director at Caixa Holding, Enagas, Colonial, CaixaBank France, Aguas de Barcelona, Suez, CaixaBank Andorra, and Abertis. He is a member of Asociacion Espanola de Directivos, European Round Table of Industrialists, Foundation CEDE, Advisory Board of CEIM Confederacion Empresarial de Madrid - CEOE, and Foundation Privada Instituto Ildefons Cerda.
