Resimac Group Ltd: Executives

Mr. Wayne Spanner has been the Chairman of the group since 2024. He also serves as a Director of Asia Society Australia. Previously, he served as the Managing Partner at international law firm in Australia, Chairman at University of Cape Town Trust Australia and Councillor of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce .

Mr. James Spurway has been the Chief Financial Officer of the group since May2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Challenger Bank and Group General Manager of Finance at Challenger Limited. He also served in companies like HSBC in London and KPMG Sydney.

Mr. Pete Lirantzis has been the Chief Executive Officer of the group since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy and Operating Officer at the group, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer roles at an ASX200 listed company with over 30 years of experience. He also found and lead a fintech startup, as the Chief Executive Officer of Thornmoney, and worked as a non-executive director to multiple start-ups.

Mr. Andrew Marsden is the Chief Treasury Officer of the group. He joined the group in 2004 in treasury team. Prior to this, he served at Citigroup in Global Securitised Market team. He also worked as a responsible manager at Resimac Limited.

Mr. Warren McLeland has been the Deputy Chairman of the group since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at the group. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman of Resimac Limited. He is a former stockbroker and investment banker with more than 35 years of experience in domestic and international financial services.
