Mr. Michael Farrell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2013 to 2023. Mr. Farrell also served as the Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Unit-Sleep from 2007 to 2011, and before he held the position of the Vice President, Marketing for the Americas from 2005 through 2007, and the Vice President, Business Development. Currently, he also serves on the board of Directors of the American Association for Homecare, the Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego, and the New Children’s Museum, San Diego.

Dr. Peter C. Farrell has been Chairman of Emeritus since 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chairman of the company from 1989 to 2023. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and the President of the company since 2011 to 2013. In the past, he served as the Vice President, Research and Development at various subsidiaries of Baxter International Inc. (Baxter), from 1984 to 1989. During 1985 and 1989, he served as the Managing Director of the Baxter Center for Medical Research Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Baxter. In 2000, Mr. Farrell was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the executive council at the Harvard Medical School Division of Sleep Medicine. Currently, he also serves on the boards of NuVasive, Inc.

Mr. Brett Sandercock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Treasury and Finance from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Sandercock also held various finance and accounting roles between 1994 and 1996 at the Health Care of Australia, a large private hospital operator in Australia. During 1989 and 1994, he worked at Price Waterhouse, Sydney, as an Audit Manager.

Mr. Hemanth Reddy has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Strategy Consultant for 14 years, with a focus on growth strategies across consumer products, high tech, biotech and other industries. He served as a Principal with Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice, and co-led its San Francisco office. Prior to Deloitte, he was a partner with Monitor Group where he co-led Corporate Finance activities in North America and shared leadership responsibility for Monitor’s M&A advisory practice.

Ms. Katrin Pucknat has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the President of the company's German business unit. Ms. Pucknat also served as the Director of ArcScan Inc. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Marketing at Topcon Medical Systems Inc.
