Mr. Michael J. Farrell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from 2013 to 2023. Mr. Farrell also served as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Business Unit-Sleep from 2007 to 2011, Vice President of Marketing for the Americas from 2005 through 2007, and Vice President of Business Development. Currently, he also serves on the board of Directors of the American Association for Homecare, the Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego, and the New Children’s Museum, San Diego.

Mr. Aaron Bloomer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Exact Sciences. Prior to this, he worked at Baxter International and 3M.

Mr. Hemanth Reddy has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as a Strategy Consultant for 14 years, with a focus on growth strategies across consumer products, high tech, biotech and other industries. He served as a Principal with Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice, and co-led its San Francisco office. Previously, he served a Partner with Monitor Group where he co-led Corporate Finance activities in North America.

Mr. Alastair Robertson has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive General Manager of Customer Technology for Insurance Australia Group. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer at Qantas Loyalty. Mr. Robertson also served in various technology leadership roles at Fox Sports Australia, Seven West Media, Boston Consulting Group, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Ms. Katrin Pucknat has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the President of the company's German business unit. Previously, she served as the Director of ArcScan Inc. Ms. Pucknat also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Topcon Medical Systems Inc.
