Mr. Peter George has been the Executive Chairman of the company since November 2018. He joined the company as a Director in September 2018. Previously, he served as the Managing Director at PMP Limited from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Chairman of Nylex Limited from 2004 to 2008. He also served a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Asciano Limited from 2007 to 2016.

Mr. Rob Shore has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of EML Payments Limited. He holds 20 years pf experience in senior finance roles both domestically and in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Anthony Mark Connors has been the Company Secretary and Director of Corporate Services of the company since 2006. He served as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in telecommunications, media and corporate finance companies. Previously, he served as as Managing Director of PMP Limited from 2012 to 2017, and Executive Chairman of Nylex Limited from 2004 to 2008. He was also a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Asciano Limited from 2007 to 2016. He also worked at Optus Communications between 1994 to 1998.

Mr. Matthew Marshall has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Earlier, he served as the Head of Retail within the company from 2020 to 2023. He has experience working with various organizations including Cadbury Schweppes, Asahi, RFG and Sanofi Consumer Healthcare. He served as the Head of Sales, Head of Trade Marketing, and Managing Director of Brumby’s Bakery, and General Manager – Commercial Partnerships & Planning.

Mr. David Grant has been a Director of the company since 2018. He serves as a Director of Event Hospitality and Entertainment Limited and The Reject Shop Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of A2B Australia Limited, iiNet Limited, Consolidated Rutile Limited and Murray Goulburn Cooperative Limited. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Iluka Resources Limited.
