Mr. Bruce W. McClelland has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of CommScope Inc from April 2019 to August 2019. Previously, he held various positions at ARRIS International plc including Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2019; and President of Network & Cloud and Global Services from 2013 to 2016. Mr. Bruce also held various leadership positions at Networks Corporation and Bell Northern Research.

Mr. Miguel Lopez has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Vista Outdoor Inc from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Veritas Technologies from 2016 to 2017. Earlier he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Harris Corp from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Lopez also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aricent Group from 2011 to 2014 and as Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems and Tyco International.

Mr. Patrick Macken has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ARRIS International plc from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Partner at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.

Mr. Steve McCaffery has been the Executive Vice President of Sales, EMEA and APAC Region of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President at GOT2 from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Director at ARRIS International plc from 2013 to 2019. Earlier Mr. McCaffery served as the Manager Optical Networks business for EMEA at Native Networks.

Mr. Shaul Shani has been the chairman of the company since 2020. Previously he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Sapiens International Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Eurosoft. Earlier Mr. Shani served as the Chief Executive Officer at Oshap Technologies Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman at Swarth Group since 2006.
