Mr. Yoshinori Yamashita has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Currently, he serves as a Director at Kubota Corp, Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc and Asahi Kasei Corp. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ricoh from April 2017 to April 2023. Mr. Akira Oyama has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Ricoh Japan Corporation from April 2022 to April 2023. He also served as the Executive Corporate Officer and President of Ricoh Digital Services Business Unit at the company. Mr. Oyama served as the General Manager of Workplace Solutions Business Group at the company from April 2020 to April 2021. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company from April 2019 to April 2020. Mr. Takashi Kawaguchi has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since June 2023. Currently, he also serves as the President and Chairman of Ricoh Americas Holdings, Inc. Previously, he served as a Director and Senior Vice President of RICOH LEASING COMPANY, LTD. in 2020. Prior to this, he was a Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Management Division of RICOH LEASING COMPANY, LTD.from April 2020 to June 2021, and Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Management Division of RICOH LEASING COMPANY, LTD. from January 2019 to June 2019. He also served as the General Manager of Finance Department, Finance and Legal Division and General Manager of CEO Office of the company from April 2018 to October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Planning Department, Global Capital Management Support Center, Corporate Division of the company from October 2015 to April 2018. Mr. Kawaguchi served as the Senior Vice President of Ricoh Americas Holdings, Inc. from August 2010 to October 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of InfoPrint Solutions LLC from May 2007 to August 2010. Earlier, he was the General Manager of Accounting Department of Finance and Accounting Division of the company from July 2004 to May 2007.
