Mr. Benjamin Yi has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Director of PetroMaroc Corporation Plc from 2013 to 2016 and the Director and the member of the Audit Committee at Android Industries LLC from 2014 to 2016. He also worked as a Director of Woulfe Mining Corp. from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, he served the capital markets and corporate development efforts of IOU Financial Inc and Securities Analyst at Asset Management L.P.

Mr. Jason Les has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the founder of Binary Digital SG from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the member of each of the Board’s three standing committees, including as the Chair of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.

Mr. Colin Yee has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Corporate and Financial Operations of the company from April 2022 to September 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Financial Officer of Avebury Partners from 2021 to 2022. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded real estate company in Canada. Mr. Yee founded Clear Capital Management Corporation in 2007.

Mr. Ryan Werner has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance at the company from 2021 to 2022. He also worked as the Senior Director of Real Estate and Transactions Accounting in UDR Inc. from 2013 to 2021, and a member of the S&P 500 and the multifamily real estate investment trust. Previously, he served as the Director of External Reporting and Debt Accounting in Archstone. Mr. Ryan started his career with Ernst & Young.
