Mr. Mutaz Kusai AlAzzawi is the Vice Chairman of the bank. He is also the Chairman of Herfy Food Services Co; and Director and Chief Executive Officer at Saudi Industrial Construction & Engineering Project Co Ltd, AlWusataa Development Co, and Saudi Trading & Technology Co Ltd. He also serves as a Director in various companies including Afia Int'l Co KSA, United Sugar Co, Savola foods, Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), Arabian Cement Co, and Savola Group.

Mr. Abdullah Ali Al-Oraini has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Alawwal Bank; Head of Accounting, Asset and Liability Management and Investor Relations at Saudi British Bank and Head of Capital and Liquidity Management and Senior Financial Analyst at National Commercial Bank.

Mr. Abdulaziz Abdullah Al has been the Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2023. Previously, he served in various leadership position of the bank, including Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, Executive Vice President of Corporate Credit and Director of the Rating.

Mr. Houssam Humaidan Alhumaidan serves as the Chief Compliance Officer of the bank. Previously, he held various leadership roles at the bank. Previously, he served as leadership positions in Compliance and Anti-Financial Crimes at several local and international banks in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Nadir Sami Al-Koraya serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Treasury and Investment Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as Head of Treasury and Investment, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of Treasury and Investments of the bank. He also served as Assistant General Manager of the Treasury Group at the Samba Bank.
