Mr. Lance Y. Gokongwei has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Vice Chairman of the company. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of JG Summit Holdings, Inc., and Cebu Air, Inc. He is also a Director and Vice Chairman of Manila Electric Company and a Director of RL Commercial REIT, Inc., Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corporation, Singapore Land Group Limited, Shakey’s Asia Pizza Ventures, Inc., AB Capital and Investment Corporation, and Endeavor Acquisition Corporation. Mr. Gokongwei serves as the Chairman of Universal Robina Corporation, Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., Altus Property Ventures, Inc., Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc., Robinsons Bank Corporation, and JG Summit Olefins Corporation.

Ms. Maria Socorro Isabelle Aragon-GoBio has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since February 2025.

Mr. Kerwin Max S. Tan has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Treasurer at the company from October 2014 to February 2016. He also served as the Vice President and Deputy Treasurer of the company from January 2014 to September 2016. Earlier, he was the Vice President of Operations at Robinsons Luxuria, Robinsons Residences and Robinsons Communities. Mr. Kerwin has also served as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Cash Management Operations at Citibank NA. He also serves as the Financial Officer of Altus Property Ventures, Inc. and a Director and Treasurer of RL Commercial REIT, Inc.

Mr. Juan Antonio M. Evangelista serves as the Secretary of the company. He also serves as the Secretary of Altus Property Ventures. He handles various secretarial functions of a number of companies within the company.
