Mr. Jeffrey R. Geygan has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of GVIC. Previously, he served as the Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS Financial Services.

Mr. Robert J. Sarlls has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since May 2022. Prior to this he served as a President and Chief Executive Officer at Wyandot Inc from 2016 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Sarlls served as a Chairman of SNAC International, and also served various leadership roles at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc.

Mr. Ryan R. McGrath has been the Vice President of Information Technology of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served the various positions, including Systems Analyst and Director of Information Technology. Previously, he served various operating and information technology roles, including work for Sports Express.

Mr. Brett P. Seabert has been the Director of the company since 2017. Presently, he also serves as the Director or Executive Officer of various companies, including TD Construction LLC, Caughlin Club Management Partners LLC, Tanamera Construction LLC, and B&L Investments, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Tanamera Commercial Development, LLC from 2001 to 2008. He held various positions at CMS International, including as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1989 and 2001.
