Mr. Tufan Erginbilgic has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lubricants at BP and Castrol. Mr. Tufan has held several non-executive directorships at GKN, DCC Plc, and Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.S (Tupras). He is currently a non-executive director at Iveco Group NV and a senior adviser at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

Ms. Helen McCabe has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Director of the company since August 2023. She also serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance of Customer and Products division at BP. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fuels and Refining Europe & Southern Africa businesses of downstream division and Head of Planning and Performance Management of downstream division at BP. Ms. McCabe started her career with Ernst & Young.

Ms. Dame Anita Frew has been the Chairwoman of the company since October 2021. She also serves as the Chairwoman of Croda International Plc. Prior to this, she served as a Director at BHP Group Plc. She also served as the Deputy Chairwoman and a Director at Lloyds Banking Group. Earlier, Ms. Frew served as the Chairwoman of Victrex plc. previously, she served on the boards of Aberdeen Asset Management and IMI plc, Northumbrian Water, Abbott Mead Vickers Plc. Ms. Frew also served as the Director of Corporate Development at WPP Plc.

Ms. Sarah Armstrong has been the Chief People Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, she served as People Director of Civil Aerospace business at the company. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resource across multiple industries.

Mr. Nicola Grady-Smith has been the Chief Transformation Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served at various senior executive global and European roles in BP. Previously, she also held various commercial roles at Tesco and Allied Domecq.
