Rompetrol Rafinare SA: Executives

Mr. Yedil Utekov has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Refining and Petrochemical Division at JSC NC KazMunayGas. He also held various roles within the KMG International Group, including General Manager of Rompetrol Rafinare, Managing Director of Refining and Petrochemicals or Director of Production Block and Industrial Services. Mr. Utekov serves as the Chief Production and Industrial Services Officer at the KMG International Group.

Mr. Alexandru Stavarache has been the Financial Manager of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Budget and Reporting Analyst, Senior Business Analyst and Manager of the Planning and Performance Management Department of the company. Mr. Stavarache also served as the Senior Financial Analyst at the Rompetrol Group from 2010 to 2011.

Mr. Florian Daniel Pop has been the General Manager of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Development and Service Director, Refinery Shift Supervisor, Refinery Chief Engineer, and Business Project Manager of the company.

Mr. Stanescu Nicolae Bogdan Codrut has been a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of AVAS from 2001 to 2010. He also served as the eneral Manager of DGPAPSE and the Chairman of SAPE – Societatea de Administrare a Participatiilor Statului in Energie S.A.

Mr. Erik Sagiyev has been a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Transportation at KazTransOil, from 2022 to 2024. He also serves as the Chief Operational Officer of KMG International Group.
