Mr. K. Gunnar Bjorklund has been the Chairman of the company since February 2026. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman at Phoenix Lake Partners. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Rev360 LLC from 2014 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at Sverica International from 1991 to 2014. He also served as the Director of Corporate Strategic Planning at American Express Company from 1987 to 1990. Earlier, he served as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 1985 to 1987.

Mr. Michael J. Hartshorn has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director and President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he served the company as the Group Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2018; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2015 and the Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2014. He also worked as the Group Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2011 to 2012, and Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at the company from 2006 to 2011. He joined the company in 2000 as a Director and Assistant Controller. Earlier, Mr. Hartshorn held several management roles in the Ross IT and supply chain organizations and held various financial roles at The May Department Stores Company.

Mr. James G. Conroy has been the Chief Executive Officer since February 2025. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boot Barn Holdings Inc from 2012 to November 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Conroy served as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer, President, and Executive Vice President at Claire’s Stores Inc from 2007 to 2012.

Mr. William Sheehan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the Group Senior Vice President, Finance and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company.
