Ms. Dorothy Thompson has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as Director, since 2022. Previously she served as Chief Executive at Drax Group PLC from 2005 to 2017. She has also served as Senior Independent Director at the Bank of England from August 2014 to July 2022; served as Chairman at Tullow Oil plc, from 2018 to 2021; served as Director of Johnson Matthey plc from 2007 to 2016.

Mr. Kiet Huynh has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. He has led Chemical, Process & Industrial, and Water & Power divisions since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director for the Instruments division. Previously, he served various senior management roles in IMI and Trelleborg.

Mr. Ben Peacock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President, Finance & IT for the Minerals Division of Weir Group PLC. Previously, he held various financial roles at Vodafone Group plc and Intel Corporation.

Mr. Ross Pascoe has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to joining Rotork, he served as Chief Technology & Design Officer at Stannah. Previously, Mr. Ross has also served as a design engineer in the Rail and Automotive sector.

Ms. Beatriz Rodriguez Gomez has been the Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she was also the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2024 to 2025. She also has over 20 years of experience in international executive Human Resources roles across a broad spectrum of sectors, including financial services, engineering, energy, and pharmaceuticals. Ms Gomez was also the Senior Vice President for Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bayer. She also held various positions at General Electric.
