Mr. Steve Phiri has been the Chief Executive Officer of the compalny since 2010. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Merafe Resources. Mr. Phiri served as a Non-Executive Director at Impala Platinum Limited. He is an admitted Attorney to the High Court of South Africa.

Mr. Neil Carr serves the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he also served as the Head of Operations. He served as the Head of Projects and Engineering. Prior to joining the company, he served as the senior management and leadership positions at Lonmin for 20 years.

Ms. Rotshidzwa Manenzhe has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. He joined the company in 2018 as the Head of Finance. Previously, Mr. Manenzhe served as the Bell Equipment and Exxaro Resources. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services, mining and yellow metals industry.

Mr. Obakeng Phetwe has been Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bafokeng Nation Development Trust. Previously, Mr. Phetwe also served as the Director of the company in 2018. He also served as the Treasury and Business Manager for the Royal Bafokeng Nation, Senior Audit Manager at Mokua and Associates and Finance Manager for the Royal Bafokeng Administration.
