Mr. Ruud Joosten has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Paints and Coatings at Akzo Nobel NV. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Decorative Paints of North and Eastern Europe at Akzo Nobel NV.

Mr. Henri de Pater has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Director of Finance for the UK&I division at BAM. He held various management positions within the company, including Director of Finance at BAM Construction and Property Netherlands and Director of Area Developer AM at BAM. Mr. de Pater started his career in 1986 as an Assistant Accountant, working in various roles within the auditing practice before joining BAM in 1996.

Mr. John Weilkinson has been a Chief Operating Officer – United Kingdom and Ireland at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served various senior positions in Laing O’Rourke, Kier Group, and May Gurney as Managing Director UK Infrastructure, Executive Director of Services and Managing Director. He also served as President of Infrastructure and member of Executive Committee in SNC-Lavalin.

Ms. Sabine van Hooijdonk-Verboom has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as Executive Director of the Human Resources of the company.

Ms. Carla Rodenburg-Verschuur has been the Chief Operating Officer for the Netherlands division at the company since 2024. She joined BAM in 2020 as Executive Director of BAM Infra Nederland. Earlier, she worked as a strategic consultant and at various multinational companies, including in the field of general management and business development.
