Ms. Geraldine Matchett has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, she worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, she worked with the SGS Group in 2004 where she held various positions including Corporate Finance Manager and Senior Vice President Group Financial Controller, and Global Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Matchett also worked for Deloitte in Switzerland and for KPMG in the UK.

Mr. Dimitri de Vreeze has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he worked as Business Group Director of DSM Resins in 2010. He also worked as Business Unit Director NeoResins between 2007 and 2010; Business Unit Director Coating Resins between 2005 and 2007; and Business Director Composite Resins Europe in 2002. He joined DSM in 1990 in Finance in DSM Fine Chemicals.

Ms. Katharina Stenholm has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Head of European Sustainability Function at PepsiCo. Prior to this, she held various leadership positions at Danone including Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects, Managing Director of DanTrade and Global Chief Product Officer. Ms. Stenholm also served as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Executive Officer of SABMiller.

Ms. Patricia Malarkey has been the Chief Innovation Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as member of Executive Committee and Head of Research and Development at Syngenta. Ms. Malarkey has held various leadership roles in Research and Development at a range of multinational companies like AgrEvo and Syngenta.

Mr. Thomas Leysen has been the Chairman of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Umicore and the Chairman of King Baudouin Foundation. Currently, Mr. Leysen serves as the Chairman of Umicore, Mediahuis and Belgian Corporate Governance Commission.
