Mr. Frank C. Sullivan has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of RPM since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Director of Corporate Development, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sullivan serves a Director of the American Coatings Association, the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, The Timken Company, the Ohio Business Roundtable, Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Chamber of Commerce of the United States, the Army War College Foundation Inc, the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine, and the Medina County Bluecoats.

Mr. Russell L. Gordon has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of RPM since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Corporate Planning from 2007 to 2012 and as a Director of Corporate Development for the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gordon held various financial positions in corporate treasury and control, and the Specialty Chemicals Division of Goodrich Corporation.

Mr. Michael J. Laroche has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Vice President since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of RPM. Mr. Laroche also served as the Senior Manager at PwC.

Mr. Edward W. Moore has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of RPM since 2013. Prior to this, he served as a Partner with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP from 1982 to 2006. Mr. Moore served in various capacities, including Co-Chairman of the Securities and Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Randell McShepard has been Vice President, Public Affairs and Chief Talent Officer of the company since July 2018. Prior to this, he was the Director of Community Affairs. Mr. McShepard also worked as Executive Director of City Year Cleveland and Assistant Director of Administration and Program Development for the Cleveland Bicentennial Commission.
