Mr. Frank C. Sullivan has been the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Corporate Development, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sullivan also serves as a Director of the American Coatings Association, the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, The Timken Company, the Ohio Business Roundtable, Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Chamber of Commerce of the United States, the Army War College Foundation Inc, the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine, and the Medina County Bluecoats.

Mr. Russell L. Gordon has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Corporate Planning from 2007 to 2012 and Director of Corporate Development of the company. Mr. Gordon has held various financial positions in the Corporate Treasury and Control, and the Specialty Chemicals Division of Goodrich Corporation.

Mr. Michael J. Laroche has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Controller and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of RPM. Mr. Laroche also served as the Senior Manager at PwC.

Ms. Tracy D. Crandall has been the Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since October 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Associate General Counsel of the company. Previously, she served as the Partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. Ms. Crandall also served as the Commercial Counsel for G.E. Lighting.

Mr. Randell McShepard has been Vice President of Public Affairs and Chief Talent Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Community Affairs. Mr. McShepard also served as the Executive Director of City Year Cleveland and Assistant Director of Administration and Program Development for the Cleveland Bicentennial Commission.
