Ms. Cheryl J. Henry has been the Chairwoman since 2021 and Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. Prior to that, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2018. She also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Branding Officer of the company from August 2011 to July 2016 and also as the Chief Business Development Officer from June 2007 to August 2011. Earlier, she served as the Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Orlando.

Ms. Kristy Chipman has been the Chief Operating Officer since January 2022 and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Orangetheory Fitness. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kristy served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. Prior to joining Domino’s she worked as Senior Director, Corporate Controller Group at McDonald’s Corporation.

Ms. Susan L. Mirdamadi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since 2018. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Services Officer of the company from June 2017 to October 2018. She also served as the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Operations Services and Chief Information Officer at Denny’s Corporation since 2000 to 2012.

Mr. David E. Hyatt has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director, Colorado Campus at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2016 to 2019. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Hyatt was President of ON, Inc. Mr. Hyatt also held various positions from 1998 to 2010, including as President at Corvirtus. From 1994 to 1998, he was in consulting roles with National Computer Systems, and from 1990 to 1994 he was an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.

Mr. Robin P. Selati has been the Director of the company since September 1999. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He works as the President of Saxonwold Capital Inc. and the Senior Advisor at Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC. He also worked with several companies like Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated, Redberry Group, Blue Note Holdings, LLC, B.F. Bolthouse Holdco LLC, Things Remembered, Inc. and The Yankee Candle Company, Inc.
