RWS Holdings PLC: Executives

Mr. Ian El-Mokadem has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at V.Group. Prior to that, Mr. Ian served as the Chief Executive Officer of Exova Group, the global materials testing and calibration services provider. He served as the Managing Director of UK and Ireland at Compass Group between 2006 and 2010. Mr. Ian is also a Non Executive Director at Serco Group plc and a Director at Roegate Consulting Limited.

Ms. Candida Davies has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this role, she served as Head of Finance for the Personal Health division of Royal Philips. Ms. Davies spent eight years at Reckitt Benckiser, latterly as European Finance Director for the Hygiene and Home Business Unit. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for the group.

Mr. Terry Doyle has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer for the EMEA region at GroupM. Previously, he served as the Global Head of Digital Customers at SABMiller.

Mr. Jim McHugh has been the Chief People Officer of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at V.Group and Head of Human Resources at Exova Group plc.

Ms. Maria Schnell has been the Chief Language Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President of RWS Group from November 2021 to March 2022.
