Mr. Benjamin Maurice Rene Faeshas been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Managing Director for France at AOL. Mr. Faes held leadership roles for Google in the EMEA region. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Google Cloud for Southern Europe and Emerging Markets. Mr. Faes also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Webhelp.

Mr. Stephen Lamb has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Group Finance Director and Board Member at AIM-listed Midwich Group. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Iron Mountain International. He held senior finance roles at Regus (now part of IWG) and spent 13 years at Experian, as regional Chief Financial Officer for the Asia-Pacific and India division.

Mr. Andrew Stephen Brode has been the Interim Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Axco Insurance Information Services and IT Governance Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Andrew also served as the Director of Cera Care Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Learning Technologies Group Limited.

Ms. Christina Scott has been the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at OVO Energy. Previously, Ms. Scott also served as the Chief Technology Officer at News UK and News Corp. She served as the Chief Product and Information Officer at the Financial Times. Ms. Scott also served in management positions at Pearson and the BBC.

Ms. Jacqui Taylor has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at EDM Group. Ms. Taylor served as the Human Resources Director at Sherwin-Williams and Exova Group Limited.
