Mr. Richard K Matros has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. Mr. Matros also served for Bright Now! Dental as the Chief Executive Officer and President from and a Director. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, and Chief Operating Officer of Regency Health Services, Inc and Care Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Matros served as a Director of IsraAID, Aleh Negev and USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.

Mr. Michael Costa has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as for KBS Realty Advisors and Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Assurance practice. Mr. Costa also served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at the company.

Ms. Jessica Flores has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. She serves as Sabra’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller. She holds 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and real estate investments. Previously, she worked at KBS Realty Advisors and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Darrin Smith has been the Chief Investment Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of Investments of the company. He served as Senior Vice President of Senior Housing Investments at HCP, Inc. from 2010 to 2018. He served as Senior Director of Portfolio Management at GE Capital Real Estate. Prior to that, Mr. Smith spent five years in the real estate group of Ernst & Young, LLP, managing audit and consulting engagements.
