Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Focused Point Ventures LLC, Director of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc and Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of PureStar from 2020 to 2024. Previously, she held various positions at Wyndham Worldwide including President and Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Destination Network from 2014 to 2018, Chief Operating Officer of Wyndham Exchanges & Rentals, Chief Financial Officer of Wyndham from 2010 to 2014 and ?Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2006 to 2010. Earlier, she served as the Division Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Travel Services at Cendant Hospitality from 1999 to 2006.

Mr. Kurt Ekert has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Currently, he serves as a Director of ZYTLYN Technologies AG and PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at CMT from 2016 to 2021 and a Director at CMT from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Travelport Worldwide Ltd from 2010 to 2015 and Chief Operating Officer of Gulliver’s Travel Associates at Travelport Worldwide Ltd from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Ekert served as the Director at eNett, World Travel & Tourism Council and Chairman of U.S. Department of Commerce Travel & Tourism Advisory Board. Previously, Mr. Ekart also held senior executive positions Cendant, Travelport and Orbitz Worldwide from 2002 to 2006. He served as the Managing Director of Continental Airlines from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Mike Randolfi has been the chief financial officer and executive vice president of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as chief financial officer at BFA Industries. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Adtalem Global Education Inc. He also served as chief financial officer at Groupon, Inc. He also served as chief financial officer at Orbitz Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Joe DiFonzo has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at Syniverse. Previously, he served as leading architecture and product development teams at Convergys/Cincinnati Bell Information Systems.

Ms. Jennifer Catto has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Interim Product Officer at Travelport Worldwide. Previously, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Telaria from 2016 to 2020. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing of Evolve Media, LLC from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, she held various roles at Travelocity, Conde Nast, and SAY.
