Mr. Ross McInnes has been the Chairman of the company since April 2015. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Executive Vice President, Economic and Financial Affairs, as the member of an Executive Board from July 2009 and April 2011, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer from April 2011 and April 2015. He also served as the Vice-Chairman of Macquarie Capital Europe. Previously, he served as Acting Chairman of the Management Board of Generale de Sante from March 2007 to June 2007; Executive Vice President for Finance and Strategy at PPR (Pinault-Printemps-La Redoute); and Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Thales. Earlier, Mr. McInnes also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Eridania Beghin-Say in 1989.

Mr. Olivier Andries has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Safran Aircraft Engines from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Andries served as the Chief Executive Officer of Safran Helicopter Engines from 2011 to 2015. He also served as an Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development and as an Executive Vice President, in charge of the Defense and Security branch of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Strategy at EADS, Director of Strategy and Cooperation, Director of Widebody Programs and Director of Product Policy at Airbus. Earlier, he served as a Deputy Director of Strategy at Lagardère group.

Mr. Pascal Bantegnie has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer of Safran Electrical & Power, Head of Investor Relations. Previously, he served as the Director of Communication and Investor Relations at the Sequana Financial Holding Company. Earlier, he served as the Head of Investor Relations at Alcatel.

Mr. Frederic Verger has been the Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Officer, and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Purchasing Officer of the company. He also served as the Senior Manager of Deloitte Consulting. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Luxury Group Cartier International, and a member of the Management Committee from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Verger worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers International Ltd.

Mr. Eric Dalbies is the Chief Technology Officer, and Executive Vice President of Strategy of the company. He also serves as the Chairman at Ariane Group. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, and the Head of Information Technology at Safran Helicopter Engines. Mr. Dalbies also served as Chief Executive Officer of Safran Power Units. He also served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Safran’s improvement initiatives. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Group’s mergers & acquisitions strategy.
