Ms. Elisabetta Serafin has been the Chairman of the company since May 2024. Prior to this, she also served as the Secretary General of the Senate. Ms. Serafin also served various positions at the Bank of Italy’s management team.

Mr. Alessandro Puliti has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. He also serves as a Director and General Manager of the company. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Natural Resources of Eni in 2020; and as Chief Development of Operations & Technology Officer and Chief Upstream Officer. Mr. Puliti also served as the Executive Vice President for Reservoir & Development Projects; as the Senior Vice President of Petroleum Engineering, Production and Maintenance and as Senior Vice President of Drilling and Completion and Deputy Operations.

Mr. Massimiliano Branchi has been the Chief People, Hseq and Sustainability Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the Human Resources, Organisation and Services Department of the company. Mr. Branchi also served as the Senior Vice President of HR Development at Eni. Previously, he was also the Managing Director of Eni International Resources Ltd. Mr. Branchi also worked as the Vice President of E&P Division at Eni. He held the position of Manager of Development, Organisation & Services Division for Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC).

Ms. Ottavia Stella has been the Chief Integrated Risk Management and Compliance Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she also served as the Head of the Risk Assessment Natural Resources and Integrated Country Risk function at Eni from 2021 to 2022 and as the Senior Vice President of Scenarios of Positioning and Medium-Long Term Plans of the company from 2019 to 2021. Ms. Stella also worked as the Senior Vice President of Consolidated Planning and Control at Eni from 2018 to 2019 and as the Head of Planning and Control activities in the Exploration & Production business.

Mr. Massimiliano Bellotti has been the Chief Operating Officer of the business line Asset Based Services of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he also served as the Head of Conventional, SURF and Renewables Business Line and Head of Pipeline Technology Group and Offshore Operations in Saipem Offshore Division from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Bellotti also served as the Managing Director of Saipem Asia and Saipem Malaysia and as a General Manager of Saipem Beijing Technical Services; as the Senior Vice President of EPIC & T&I Offshore Construction for Bumi Armada from 2008 to 2014; and as the Project Manager for the Blacktip Project from 2007 to 2008.
