Ms. Silvia Merlo is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saipem SpA. She is also the CEO of Merlo S.p.A. Industria Metalmeccanica and holds positions on the Boards of Directors of other companies belonging to the Merlo Group. In addition to these roles, she is a member of the Board of Directors, member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee, member of the Related Parties Committee and President of the Remuneration Committee of Sanlorenzo S.p.A. Prior to these roles, she held various director and internal committee positions at Leonardo S.p.A., BNL Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A., Erg S.p.A. and Banca CRS Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano S.p.A.

Mr. Alessandro Puliti has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. And he also serves as a Director and General Manager of the company. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Operating Officer Natural Resources of Eni in 2020 and held the position of Chief Development, Operations & Technology Officer in 2018 and Chief Upstream Officer in 2019. Prior to these roles, Mr. Puliti served as the Executive Vice President for Reservoir & Development Projects in 2015 and Senior Vice President Petroleum Engineering, Production and Maintenance and then as Senior Vice President Drilling and Completion and Deputy Operations in 2012.

Mr. Mauro Piasere is the Chief Operating Officer of Robotics and Industrialized Solutions of the company. He also worked in the creation of the new division XSIGHT by Saipem, President and C Executive Officer of Saipem America, and various other positions such as Vice President New Naval Initiatives, project Director of the new Saipem flagship lay vessel Castorone and Project Manager. Prior to this, he had worked experience in the oil & gas industry shaping organizations, nurturing competences and delivering results, in his starting phase of the career.

Mr. Marco Toninelli has been the Chief Operating Officer of asset-based services of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Eniservizi from 2011 to 2016. Previously he served as Chairman of Moss Maritime (Norway) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that he served as Chairman of Energy Maintenance Services SpA (Italy) from 2003 to 2007.
