Ms. Denise Paulonis has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2021. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sprouts Farmers Market Inc from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at The Michaels Companies from August 2016 to January 2020. Ms. Paulonis served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at The Michaels Companies from November 2015 to August 2016 and Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Treasury from September 2014 to November 2015. She held various senior-level positions with PEPSICO from 2009 to 2014, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Frito Lay from August 2013 to September 2014; Vice President of Finance and Strategy at PepsiCo US Sales from January 2011 to July 2013; and Vice President of Global Corporate Strategy from August 2009 to December 2010.

Ms. Diana S. Ferguson has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2023. Currently, she serves as a Director at Mattel, Inc and Gartner, Inc. Prior to this, she served as the Principal of Scarlett Investments, LLC. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cleveland Avenue, LLC from 2015 to 2020. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago Board of Education from 2010 to May and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Folgers Coffee Company from April 2008 to November 2008.

Ms. Adrianne Lee has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Financial Officer at Bed Bath & Beyond from March 2025 to April 2026. Previously, she she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hertz Corporation from 2018 to 2020. She also served as the Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis from 2014 to 2018.

Ms. Kim McIntosh has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Tailored Brands, Inc from 2020 to 2021. She also served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2020 and Assistant Controller from 2012 to 2013. Previously, she also worked with Chico’s FAS Inc.

Mr. Scott Lindblom has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Chief Technology Officer at Bed Bath. Mr. Lindblom also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Michaels, Group Vice President of IT at Ross Stores and Senior Director at Best Buy.
