Ms. Denise Paulonis has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2021. She also has been a Director since 2018. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sprouts Farmers Market Inc from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at The Michaels Companies from 2016 to 2020. Ms. Paulonis served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at The Michaels Companies from 2015 to 2016 and Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Treasury from 2014 to 2015. She held various senior-level positions with PEPSICO from 2009 to 2014, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Frito Lay from 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Finance and Strategy at PepsiCo US Sales from 2011 to 2013; and Vice President of Global Corporate Strategy from 2009 to 2010.

Ms. Diana S. Ferguson serves as the Chairwoman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Principal of Scarlett Investments, LLC. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cleveland Avenue, LLC from 2015 to 2020. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago Board of Education from 2010 to 2011 and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Folgers Coffee Company.

Ms. Marlo Cormier has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since November 2020. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at the company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President, and Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Fossil Group Inc from 2013 to 2020. From 2001 to 2013, she served various executive roles including the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Callaway Golf. Ms. Cormier served as a Manager in Deloitte’s Accounting and Audit Services group.

Ms. Kim McIntosh serves as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at the company since 2021. Prior to this. she served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Tailored Brands, Inc from 2020 to 2021. She also served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller (2013-2020) and Assistant Controller (2012-2013). Previously, she also worked with Chico’s FAS Inc.

Mr. Scott Lindblom has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from October 2023. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Chief Technology Officer at Bed Bath. Mr. Lindblom was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Michaels, Group Vice President of IT at Ross Stores and Senior Director at Best Buy.
