Mr. Antti Makinen has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he worked as Chief Executive Officer at Solidium Oy from 2017 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Makinen served in several director positions from 2010 to 2017 and was Chief Executive Officer at eQ corporation from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. Morten Thorsrud has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sampo’s If P&C.

Mr Knut Arne Alsaker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd from 2011 to 2018. He also held various positions at If P&C Insurance Ltd, such as Deputy Treasurer (2000-2002), Treasurer and Head of M&A (2002-2004), Head of Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management (2004-2005), Chief Risk Officer (If P&C) (2005-2009), Sampo Group Chief Risk Officer (2007-2009) and Head of Reinsurance (2009-2011).

Mr. Ville Talasmaki has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Mandatum Asset Management Ltd from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he held the positions of Head of Allocation and Head of Credit Investments at Sampo plc from 2008 to 2021. He was a Client Executive at SEB Merchant Banking, Helsinki from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Talasmaki served as the Vice President of DCM Origination & Syndication at Sampo Bank plc from 2004 to 2006 and held several positions at Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank from 1999 to 2004.

Mr. Ricard Wennerklint has been the Chief of Strategy of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he worked at If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd as Executive Director in 2019 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer between 2008 and 2019. Previously, he served as the Managing Director between 2006 and 2019; Chief Financial Officer 2002 to 2008; Senior Vice President, Head of Business and Financial Control, Business Area Commercial 1999 to 2001 at If P&C Insurance Ltd. He also served as the Head of Control, Strategic Business Unit Property & Casualty between 1997 and 1999 at Skandia P&C. Earlier, he served as the Head of Financial Control, Major Customer Division between 1996 and 1997; and Financial Controller and Project Manager, Business Unit Commercial between 1994 and1996 at Trygg-Hansa.
