Mr. Antti Makinen has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this he served leadership roles at Nordea, eQ plc and SEB Enskilda Securities and Solidium.

Mr. Torbjorn Magnusson has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Managing Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at If P&C Insurance from 2002 to 2019. Prior to that, he worked as Head of Commercial Business Division at If P&C Insurance from 2001 to 2002 and Head of Commercial Products from 1999 to 2001.

Mr Knut Arne Alsaker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of If P&C Insurance Holding Ltd from 2011 to 2018. He also held various positions at If P&C Insurance Ltd, such as Deputy Treasurer (2000-2002), Treasurer and Head of M&A (2002-2004), Head of Corporate Finance and Financial Risk Management (2004-2005), Chief Risk Officer (If P&C) (2005-2009), Sampo Group Chief Risk Officer (2007-2009) and Head of Reinsurance (2009-2011).

Mr. Patrick Lapvetelainen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2002. Previously, he served as the Administrative Officer of the company from 2001 to 2002. He also worked in Mandatum Bank plc as a Deputy Managing Director from 2000 to 2001 and Director of Board from 1998 to 2000. Previously, he served as the Director, Internal Auditor and Stockbroker at Interbank Ltd.

Mr. Ville Talasmaki has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served leadership roles at Sampo, SEB and Citigroup.
