Ms. Kathryn McLay is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of Neighborhood Markets for the Walmart U.S. business. Prior to that, Mclay served as the Vice President of U.S. Finance and Strategy of Walmart. Earlier she served as the Head of Audit and General Manager for Business Development and served in various executive leadership roles at Woolworths. She also served as the President and Chairwoman of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Director of ECRA.

Ms. Brandi Joplin has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive for Walmart. she joined Walmart in March 2009 and served as the Vice President of Walmart’s Global Internal Audit Services for North America. Before joining Walmart, Ms. Joplin worked for Alltel Corporation, the Little Rock, and various Arkansas-based Fortune 500 telecommunications company. Ms. Joplin served in various management roles at Alltel finance organization, including Vice President of Accounting and Finance and Vice President of Internal Audit. Prior to Alltel, she worked for Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Lance de la Rosa is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served in various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of the East division, Senior Vice President of Operations Transformation and Senior Vice President of Merchandise Execution at Sam’s Club. Prior to this, Mr. Rosa served as a Divisional Manager for the Optical Division of Walmart US. Earlier, he served as a Co-manager and Store Manager of Walmart Stores and as the District Manager Advisor at Walmart International in Germany.

Mr. Christopher Shryock is the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiCo Foods North America sector’s Commercial organization. Prior to that, he worked at PepsiCo in a various global Human Resources leadership roles.

Mr. Tim Simmons is the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of the company. Previously, he worked for Membership and Marketing, Operations Transformation and In-Club Product Management and Fulfillment. Prior to that, Mr. Simmons worked at MRM/McCann, RAPP, Peppers & Rogers Group, and Ernst & Young.
