Mr. Byung Suk Chung has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chair Professor of Economics at Hanyang University from 2009 to 2020. Mr. Chung also served as the Chairman of the Korea Tripartite Commission of Youth Employment Committee from 2015 to 2017. He served as the President of Korea University of Technology and Education from 2006 to 2008 and the 14th Vice Minister of Ministry of Labor from 2004 until 2005. Currently, he serves as the Emeritus Professor of Korea University of Technology and Education.

Mr. Jae Eon Lee has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. He has also been the President of T&I Group at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Planning Team and New Business team of T&I Group at the company. He also served as the Vice President of the company.

Mr. Sechul Oh has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company since 2024. He has also been the President of the company’s Engineering and Construction Group since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Plant Business Unit at the Engineering and Construction Group from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Global Procurement Division at the Engineering and Construction Group from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Building Division and Middle East Support Team at the Engineering and Construction Group.

Mr. Hailin Jeong has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. He has also been the President of Resort Group, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Samsung Welstory since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics Business Support T/F from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Jeong also served as the Senior Vice President of Management Support at the company from 2017 until 2019; the Vice President of Samsung Future Strategy Office from 2012 to 2017; and the Vice President of Samsung Electronics Management Support from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Joonseo Lee has been a Director and an Executive Vice President of Fashion Group at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company’s Management Support and 8seconds Division at the Fashion’s Group from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Lee was the Vice President of the company’s 8seconds Division at the Fashion’s Group from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, he was the Vice President of Accessories Division of Fashion Group at Cheil Industries from 2013 to 2014; Vice President of Management Support and Strategy Planning of Fashion Group at Cheil Industries from 2012 to 2013; and the Vice President of Strategy Planning of Fashion Group at Cheil Industries from 2010 to 2012.
