Mr. Young Hyun JUN has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2017 to 2022. Previously, he served at Samsung Electronics in various positions including as the President and General Manager of Memory Business from 2015 to 2017; Executive Vice President of Memory Business from 2014 to 2015; Executive Vice President of Marketing Team from 2012 to 2014; and Executive Vice President of Flash Product and Technology division from 2010 to 2012. He also served as the Executive Vice President of DRAM Product and Technology division for Samsung Electronics from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Yoon Ho Choi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Management Office of Samsung Electronics from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President of Business Support Task Force division of Samsung Electronics from 2017 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mobile Communications Business division of Samsung Electronics from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Future Strategy Group of Samsung Electronic from 2010 to 2014.

Mr. Jong Sung Kim has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Business Management Office and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Business Management Team of VD Business, Samsung Electronics from 2017 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Business Management Team at Samsung Display from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Kim served as the Vice President of Strategy Team at Samsung Electronics from 2011 to 2012. He also served as the Vice President of Business Management Team at Samsung Mobile Display from 2009 to 2011.
